Entry forms are now done on a spreadsheet that is to be emailed to . Payment must be arranged immediately following entries in order to have your entries accepted. Please double check all entries to ensure correct levels, disciplines etc. No changes will be made to the final program.

Entries will be accepted until December 15th, 2017 on a first come, first serve basis. All entries must be postmarked by the closing date — entries received after this date will only be accepted if space permits.

5% discount applies to all entries received by November 1st, 2017 when paid in full!

Payment for entry fees is accepted by money order or certified cheque only. Post-dated cheques are NOT accepted. (Please see entry forms for fees).

Withdrawals may be made, NO REFUNDS will be given. Withdrawals due to injury will only be refunded with a doctor’s note. Refunds are issued to studio owners only, NOT to individuals.
